2006 - Cargill acquired Clark Cotton’s cotton ginning business - and its three gins in South Africa - from Afgri.
2004 -Cargill acquired the international flavour house, The Duckworth Group, which included a food and beverage flavour distribution and manufacturing premises in Killarney Gardens, Western Cape.
