Milk Chocolate Fondue
½ lb. Wilbur Tambora™ Milk Chocolate
½ lb. Heavy cream
Heat cream in microwave safe container for three 30-second intervals to approximately 150° F.
Add Tambora™ Milk Chocolate in slowly and whisk until melted.
Wilbur® Cocoa Brownies
½ cup Wilbur® Dutched cocoa powder
1 ¼ cups Sugar
¾ cup Butter
2 Eggs, beaten
½ tsp. Vanilla
1 ¼ cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
¼ tsp. Salt
1 cup Walnuts, chopped
Cream butter. Mix cocoa with sugar and add to butter slowly. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Fold into mixture, blending thoroughly. Do not beat. Add walnuts. Bake in oblong pan in a moderate oven at 350° F for 35 minutes.
